Hi, we’re Pete and Liz Capko, a husband-and-wife team with a heart for hospitality and a love for helping families make memories.

Hospitality has been part of our story for many years. We’ve owned and operated an award-winning hotel, RV parks, RV service businesses, and now RV rentals. We understand that a great getaway is about more than just having a place to stay. It’s about feeling welcomed, cared for, and confident from the moment you book.

Pete brings years of hands-on RV experience and a deep knowledge of how to keep everything safe, clean, and working properly. Liz loves the details that make a trip feel special—fresh linens, soft bedding, clean towels, a well-stocked kitchen, and thoughtful touches that help guests feel right at home.

Whether you’re planning a beach weekend, a family vacation, a long-term stay, or your first RV experience, our goal is to make the process simple and stress-free. We believe in clear communication, clean and comfortable RVs, and treating every guest the way we would want to be treated.
